I'm Chris, founder of Kappa Click, a digital agency focused on delivering high-impact advertising solutions for a select group of clients in real estate and herbal wellness. My agency has driven significant results in paid advertising, but as we grow, I’m looking for a reliable partner to elevate our clients' campaigns with innovative ad strategies and measurable results. In this role, you’d report directly to our Head of Marketing.

With a focus on Meta and Google ads, our clients rely on us to deliver impactful, goal-oriented campaigns. As our paid ads expert, you'll directly shape the success of our clients' projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Freelance Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in setting up, optimizing, and managing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. You’ll play a critical role in achieving high ROAS for our real estate and herbal supplement clients through audience-specific ad strategies and optimizations.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

•Develop and Implement Campaigns: Collaborate with Kappa Click to create data-driven ad strategies tailored to our clients' unique needs, focusing on both long-form awareness and short-form conversion campaigns.

•Manage and Optimize Ads: Set up and manage ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, with an eye on budgeting, audience targeting, and ad scheduling.

•Drive Results Through A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various ad creatives, audience segments, and ad placements to enhance engagement and conversions.

•Report and Analyze Performance: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights in easy-to-understand reports.

•Collaborate with Stakeholders: Maintain close communication with Kappa Click’s team, providing clear, results-focused reports and feedback.

•Stay Current with Market Trends: Bring fresh ideas to the table by keeping up with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an analytical and results-oriented partner with strong expertise in Meta and Google ads.

You should have:

 •Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ideally for the Nigerian/African real estate and herbal supplement sectors.

•Portfolio of Success: A proven track record of successful campaigns, with results you can showcase.•Technical Skills:-Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.-Strong grasp of Google Analytics and other data tools to make data-driven decisions.

•Creative Problem Solver: Ability to ideate and implement new campaign tactics based on data insights.

•Self-Driven: Proactive in managing your workflow and optimizing campaigns without needing constant supervision.

•Excellent Communication: Skilled at translating complex campaign insights into actionable recommendations for Kappa Click’s team.

Commitment to Consistent Quality: We’re looking for a specialist who is dedicated to delivering high-quality results on each campaign.

Self-Starter: You'll be expected to manage your own workflow and deadlines efficiently, with regular updates on progress.

Proven Results: We need someone who can show previous campaign outcomes, ideally in our target industries. Desire to Grow with Us: Ideally, we want to establish a long-term collaboration with a reliable partner.
